Appointment Scheduling
Your time is valuable to us. We schedule each appointment carefully to avoid having you wait. However, emergencies may cause an unexpected delay. Whenever possible, we try to contact you if a delay is anticipated. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
As a courtesy, we always provide appointment reminder calls. If we are unable to reach you, your appointment card will serve as a confirmation of your appointment. If you are going to be delayed or unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Twenty four hours notice of appointment cancellation allows us to better serve our practice, including you.
Emergency Care
Should you have an unexpected dental concern, please call our office as early in the day as possible so we can arrange for prompt care. In case of an after hours emergency, please call our office and our answering service will contact the doctor for you.
Payment and Insurance
Dental Insurance
Dealing with insurance companies can be confusing, time consuming and frustrating. For your convenience, we will submit your claims and assist you in understanding your coverage and benefits. This helps to determine your personal financial responsibility, as you are ultimately responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance.
Financing
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s health and well being. We believe financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this. We are happy to discuss financial options with you. We accept cash, check and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your employer may offer a Flex Plan (medical spending account); which allows you to set aside tax free dollars for medical expenses.
